Worst experience yet, everything was sticky, not clean, when we turned on the air-conditioning the whole place started smelling like pee. I truly hope this just happened to us, we didn't enjoy our stay.

I had to apologize for giving such a rating but even on vacation it is important to sleep properly. Let's not go back to the qualities of the place, they are present in most of the comments. We were staying in a large apartment on the fifth floor on the street side. The apartment is located next to a busy crossroads, near a bus stop and the metro station. Great... When you do not hear everything in the apartment day and night. Sound insulation is catastrophic. Earplugs obligatory at night. The apartments at the back of the building do not have the same worries. Be careful when booking. Happy holidays.

One of the best accommodation I ever stayed! The apartment was extremely clean with "sanitised labels' (very important now with covid 19 issues), kitchen with electric oven microwave and dishwasher ... Excellent ...there were complimentary snacks and soaps for the laundry machine. The receptions staff all extremely friendly, I had issues with the keys (we locked ourself out, out fault) they solved everything while they asked us to wait at the lodge ... Location is perfext, right in the city center! The lift is very small (one person one luggage at time) but again that's the building fault. I would always stay there for the future trips to Porto.

How spacious and beautiful this apartment is! A perfect location for walking to see everything all the way to the bridge. Tomorrow we will take the subway to the other side of the river and explore that area. WE LOVE SPOT APARTMENTS

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
