Don’t know why the reviews for this place is so high on Agoda! It is so dirty and gross. There’s old men walking around half naked, tiny cockroaches, the bathroom floor is ALWAYS wet, the ceilings are covered in mold, the “kitchen” is on the balcony with stains everywhere on everything. The entrance at the door smells heavily of perfume because once you get upstairs you are greeted by the stinky shoes of all the guests. We had a private room and it was good enough for the location. We saw a tiny cockroach crawl under our bed. Towels are old and thinned out. The common area has a disgustingly dirty and stained couch as well as a working area which was nice. The best thing about this place is the location. Right next to chinatown street and the market with foods everywhere.

As an easy going person this place was good, the location strategic and also the people here are friendly. Last time im here i got a good and comfy bed but other bed may have issues. There is also one plug for charging at our designated bed. The pantry is a very comfortable place and smoking friendly. Ladies are not recommended because the room have least amount of privacy.

Can't complain with the rates they're offering. 3 weeks stay @ female dorm, private bunk 6 pax/room. Not particularly clean mattress, pillow, bathroom & toilet (but at least the sheets, pillow cases + towel given at check-in smelled freshly laundered). All-in-all it was indeed a great experience a/c was cold enough, mattress & pillow comfy enough, wooden floor lovely to walk on, curtains help keep privacy. 10/10 would do it again.

It is by far the worst hostel I've ever stayed in, very dirty and with a bad smell, without any kind of security. From the moment you enter, you can smell a strong foot odor, the bathrooms are disgusting, in poor condition, and have mold. The common areas are equally dirty, the room is terrible, not like the pictures, with a bad smell and no security. Literally anyone can enter from the outside. The bedding they gave me smelled like mold and dampness, and the staff didn't even prepare the bed for me. It's not a place for backpackers, don't be fooled. It's more like a place for people who work and need a place to sleep, but the way it's maintained makes it seem more like a shelter for homeless people. I lost money, but I'd rather do that many times over than stay another night in this place.

This place is disgusting, it’s cheap but not even worth the money! Basic hygiene is not a priority here Mold everywhere, smelly rooms, dirty bathrooms and blood on our towels It’s not a backpackers hostel and Feels more like a homeless shelter DO NOT STAY HERE!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
