PLEASE DO NOT BOOKING THIS ROOM THRU ONLINE!!! They have problems with OYO (online) and they will say they did not get the booking so you need to pay again once you arrived. And the room is so bad. Facilities also so bad and cleanliness is disappointing! First and last to stay at this hotel!!

Very bad, cannot shower, the shower broken, and u expect me to shower with small pipe ? and it cost normal price 400 ?? Plus the environment not good, hotel common toiletries not given. so bad . Not recommended

SCAM/ARNAQUE!!!! THIS IS A SCAM, Book on booking, once you arrive at the hotel. The receptionist asks you to cancel the reservation on booking (with costs). To then ask you to pay for a room double the price announced on booking Booking is advised To avoid !!!

Very bad condition of hotels. Have been to so many budget hotels. Most of it toilets in the rooms but here some of it outside the rooms. The price is the same although toilets oitside the rooms. Njot safe for ladies to use outside toilets. Further more not even 1 iron with ironboard in the whole hotels. This will be the 1st and last visit to this hotels.t

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
