        I always try to err on the positive side but in this case I was very disappointed at the manager/owners logic. I booked in last night and immediately on arriving could hear every message and call being received by the receptionists phone from inside my room. The reception is about 2 meters from the bottom room's door. I decided to try to stay for the night but considering I was booked in for a week I asked to be moved to a room where I could have some peace and was told I need to pay more. Considering the fact that I would not even be able to have a private conversation from my room I forfeited my full week's payment to go to a place where they understand this is not acceptable. I do not recommend this place as a result. Perhaps you have more luck but for the same price I've found a few better options. I understand that they may not have had a room for my full stay but then they should have offered back a portion of what I paid as this was directly a result of their amenities not being appropriate - there are some other messages about noise in the bottom room in these reviews so they must be aware of this. Trying to make more money out of people when I am hearing every beep from your receptionists cellphone isn't going to work.

        We stayed here from the 22nd to the 28th of December 2023. Check in was fine. Rooms are fairly comfortable but the beds were very hard. I struggled to sleep. We used the same dirty towels,we had to ask repeatedly and then only did we get towels. Breakfast was quite basic with no one in sight to replenish items that were used up. On the day of our departure back to Durban,considering that we hardly had breakfast there, we asked to have breakfast half an hour early. That didn't sit well with Ntsikakazi. If l were in the hospitality industry and my guests had a special request l would go out of my way to help. Instead all she did was openly stay on her phone ,and then bangs crockery and cutlery,basically throwing it at us.while we waited and eventually left with a bitter taste in our mouths. Sadly paying guests are an inconvenience at this establishment because they are taking staff away from valuable cell phone time.

        My kids and I were booked for three nights. We arrived late and we found the lady waiting for us. A very friendly lady and the room was as beautiful as it was in the picture. However I have two complaints: 1- The lady took a photo of my bank card when l was checking in, I'm still panicking even today when I think about it, she didn't explain why and I'm kicking myself for allowing it. I'm constantly checking my bank transactions, I'm honestly scared. She also took me a photo (I do not have a problem with this). 2- Our room was never cleaned on the second day. We went out, came back to our unmade beds, full dustbin and dirty towels. Even though we did put a sign requesting the room to be cleaned. When we got back the house keeping sign was still hanging at the door.

        It only takes one unreasonable guest house owner to spoil a weekend away... Despite having booked for several nights, after a disagreement with the owner they would not re-imburse me with even a small amount and I left out of pocket, having only spent one night here. I don't care about the T's and C's... There's a right and a wrong and when you cannot come to an agreement you should offer part of the money paid back to the person because your rooms ARE NOISY!

        Wonderful spot.. Absolute convenience, only they need to be more specific regarding detail to clean towels, and clean floors in the bedroom/ bathroom.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
