We came to this Marriott after awful customer service experience at a Marriott down the road. The service was night and day. The front desk concierge was kind, respectful, and got us quickly checked in. She made great small talk with my husband and me, and made me feel welcomed to be there. Our room was nice and tidy, and the AC was amazing. We both run hot, so it was great to have good AC. We used the microwave in the room, which was also clean. I always love their shower products as well-the eucalyptus and lavender. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Right by tons of restaurants and shopping in the area. The breakfast had a variety of items to sit and eat or if you’re on the go. They have a beautiful lobby to enjoy as well. Thanks for turning such an awful experience elsewhere completely around. :-)

Reasonably priced business hotel. May have some issues with the reservation system, since they only had one room left when I checked-in (and still had 4 more people in line with reservations). My room was nice and clean (although the floor plan was unusual; however, it didn't have any bath towels. Fortunately, the front desk staff was able to get some for me.

My credit card was charged twice by this hotel. I called the hotel multiple times to resolve this issue. I was given a run around of manager not available multiple times, after about 8 attempts, I was able to speak to the manager. He asked me to email a screenshot of the charges from my credit card. I emailed it to him. I have not heard from him as he promised to call me back once he researched this issue. My subsequent calls to the hotel have been forwarded to the manager's voicemail. I have disputed the charges through my credit card and hopefully it will be resolved through that medium.

Pros: Check in was wonderful the lady who check us in was nice and informative. Rooms are descent not dirty. They offer free parking and close to many places to shop. Cons: The doors slam pretty loud, walls are pretty thin. On the 2nd day of our trip we went to the front desk the next morning to get help with tv because it stopped working. The front desk lady was rude and didnt bother to help. She had a major attitude not sure why. The breakfast didn’t get refilled after most stuff was gone and there was still one hour left. There was only one elevator working so the one that did work was always filled. Hotel was overall ok but you could definitely find somewhere better for a cheaper price

Really not a great hotel. The room was big but not very clean and the service was very poor. In the whole week they missed out out properly clean, and on some days the bath mat was missing, no refill of coffee tabs and there was dirt and rubbish in the corner which they didn’t clean and have a clear impression of quick and dirty service. The breakfast was of really bad quality and very little selection especially almost no healthy options. Very poor isolation between the rooms and you can literally hear the person above going to the toilet. If your room is facing the highway it’s very noisy too on top. Definitely not recommended to stay here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
