        Beint greeted by actual friendly staff at a hotel was refreshing. The hotel has an indoor pool. The rooms were very modern and spacious. In a safe location and they have night-time security for their parking lot. I will book again in the future.

        I would be very careful with this hotel. There is someone impersonating the front desk and when I reported it to the “real” front desk, it was not taken seriously. When I checked in, my credit card was read aloud in the lobby by a man at the front desk. He also for some reason went to the back of the desk area with my credit card, which I thought was to grab something from a printer, but he was writing something instead. Things seemed fine from then. About 15 minutes later in the room, I received a call from the hotel phone. The person claimed to be working at the front desk and that my card wasn’t working. I thought this was the same man that assisted me earlier. He asked to recheck the card details. Surprisingly, he knew the digits on my card but wanted to know the other details like my name. I asked him how this could be possible if I booked online and just checked a few minutes ago, which he said that if I don’t trust him, then I could come back downstairs or they could send me an email from the hotel asking the same thing. Because I was not careful enough, I had already spelt out my name to him and confirmed the expiration date. I was suspicious about the ordeal, so I quickly called the hotel’s phone number from my booking email. A different person picked up, and I explained the situation. She confirmed to me that nobody should be calling to ask about my credit card details. However, she was not concerned by why someone is calling my hotel room nor investigated this issue. Afterwards, I received a call from my bank regarding a fraud alert, as my card details were used for many expensive purchases online. When checking out, I reported the issue to the staff at the front desk. They did not show any indication that they would investigate my concern - I was only given a simple “That’s strange. Sorry for the inconvenience.” I tried to escalate the issue online, but it went nowhere since I never received a response.

        After driving 4 hours to get here, they couldn’t find our reservation, with the confirmation number or any other information. We had to rebook (hopefully they don’t charge us twice) The room was nasty and dated. The window is pictured with stains on curtain and window seal covered is drippings from some type of liquid. The bathroom towel holder is old and unstable, also pictured. We didn’t have much time to enjoy the city so we decided to try to enjoy the stay anyway. My daughter wanted to enjoy the pool so we went downstairs for breakfast which ended earlier than we were told by the receptionist and went into the indoor pool area. Apparently the hotel rents the pool for baby swimming lessons. We weren’t aware so we got into the pool and tried to enjoy ourselves. Well people and their babies began to enter from the door that leads outside (that had been left propped open). It went from two ladies and one baby to two more babies and parents and children lined up to enter the pool next with what we learned were the instructors. We left the pool after about 15 minutes and went to our room to shower. I called the receptionist to ask was this something they knew about and she said yes and that they usually wrap up around 2p. We were there at 9:30am… No You’ll also see below that the room on our floor for ice was open but not able to be used and was filthy. The bed comforter was riddled with stains (pictured) and then covered with another blanket. My family and I frequently utilize Marriott hotels for our stays. We’ve had very little issues with their hotels and that is why we stick to them but this has lowered the bar for a Marriott and is a true stain on their brand. My family and I would NEVER stay at this hotel again and I advise you to avoid this place as well. There are much nicer places to give your money to. This particular hotel was 15 minutes away from an attraction we were looking forward to visiting so it seemed ideal. Never again. I’m honestly in disbelief at how unwell this place has been kept.

        Only issue , was paint pealing from the tub. Safe and quiet location. Rooms were large and clean. Comfy beds. Easy access to the freeway. Check in was smooth and quick. We’ve stayed in several hotels for work and this one was our favorite (minus the tub lol)

        As a Bonvoy member I stay at many Marriott properties. This property is a disgrace to the name. It was dirty and outdated. The ice machine area smelled like a nasty dumpster. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. The oatmeal was brown water . The food was cold and unlike other properties no alternative to pork. My room had no water pressure and the toilet decided to take a while to flush. The AC is needing attention. The elevator is extremely nasty. You can tell no sanitizing takes place. I usually do not stay in Springhill Suites and I may have to steer clear of them if this is the norm. Every other property was booked for Marriott..so this was the choice. Never again.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
