        I stayed at SpringHill Suites for 4 nights and my experience was amazing. Location was perfect, price affordable and rooms were perfectly clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great too. This hotel will be my first choice when I visit Chicago again.

        I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Springhill Suites for the AHR show. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chicago. The staff is excellent and the hotel is in a great location in River North. It is very close to many restaurant choices. Unfortunately, the last day I was there, I had to leave in a rush to attend a meeting because my boss was not feeling well. I thought I had left something in my room so I called the hotel the next day to have them check my room. I spoke with the head of housekeeping Christina who couldn't have been nicer. She was so understanding and immediately offered to help. I am sure she gets requests like this all the time, however you couldn't tell by the way she treated me. I think it is important to recognize her for not only taking the time to assist me but for being so pleasant on the phone. I would definitely recommend staying at the Springhill Suites River North when you come to Chicago. This is a first class hotel and you won't be disappointed.

        I was put in a room that has known pipe issues within the walls, anytime someone flushes, showers, or uses a sink (which is 24/7), a chorestra begins playing. I spoke to a manager who first contradicted what i was told during my first 5.45am visit to the front desk, I was only offered a free set of earplugs. The same manager (hi Will) also informed me they knowingly put guests in this room, regardless of issues internal to the hotel. When i offered to show him the video i took, he refused saying he's already seen multiple videos of the same issue. He even told me 'we know it's impossible for guests to sleep in this room." also to note, there's a fire station adjacent to this hotel. I'm not blaming the hotel for this, as the sirens were a welcomed relief to the pipe banging. I'm not sure how anybody actually sleeps in this hotel.

        We spent 3 nights in Nov at this hotel. What a find. Our room averaged about $180 per night, which I consider more than reasonable for a hotel in a metropolitan core of a city. Located just a block from the Marina City Towers and House of blues it provides great access to the river, greta restaurants, and multiple transit options. The rooms are very spacious for an urban high rise hotel and they were pretty clean and modern. Upon check-in, Jessica at the front desk provided excellent service and was able to check us in early ($25) and upgraded us to a higher floor. She also saw we were in Chicago celebrating my wife’s birthday and she provided a bag with goodies and treats. Breakfasts were also very good, with a buffet that normally had a warmed baked item, scrambled eggs, and a breakfast meat along with various cold pastries, cereals, fruit, etc. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again based on location, service, and value.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
