I want to give a special thanks to Larry! He provided exceptional customer service and I really appreciate it after the day I had. I love the location because it’s quiet and not to much traffic. There are numerous restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Walmart is not to far either. Great service and great location, very happy with my stay.

The pool was very dirty the first couple days when we arrived for our week long stay. The elevators seem to need service and make LOTS of unusual noises. The water also took a solid minute to get warm in the shower. Other than that our stay was pleasant and the staff were attentive. The location is amazing with lots of entertainment and food options nearby. Our room was nice with the king bed and pullout sofa. There was also a small kitchenette with mini fridge and sink. The air was very cold which was great for sleeping.

Horrible front desk service. We arrived almost midnight and couldn’t open the door. The clerk was at the desk and never bothered to answer/speak through button at entrance. Finally another parent as we’re here for a soccer tournament opened the door with her key card. The front desk clerk never greeted me coming in and sat there and glared while chewing her gum. She asked what I needed and I told her to check in and she said I need your id and form of payment. She had a very bad attitude and never told us where elevators were, what time breakfast was NOTHING at all. To say the least she handed us the key cards and didn’t even thank us. Very disappointed with the service and I haven’t even been checked in for an hour.

Super clean, no maid service was provided while we were out, so no replacement towels provided unless you asked. They do offer pay upon checkin or checkout. Sofa-bed wasn't a let out bed, so I think that should be calrified in their advertisement but overall nice property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
