The rooms are decent and spacious. The staff at the main desk is polite. One thing that was a turn off for me and my family was the breakfast arrangements in the mornings. The breakfast area was too crowded and there was a shortage of staff. Lots of food items had run out and nobody was replenishing the lot. There was a gigantic queue for waffle makers. The breakfast options were limited as well. Parking is available at a cost. The location is good and easily accessible to the airport, the stripe and the sphere.

The room is fine/adequate for a room we were planning to just sleep in and take a shower. We stayed here since we had Marriott points to use. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Free included breakfast is adequate, eggs, sausage, oatmeal bar, yogurt, bagels and muffins, apples and bananas, cold cereal and waffles on the weekend. North end of the strip. Good value for the location.

We stayed here during our first visit in Cali as we wanted to stay in the Irvine/Orange County area. The rooms itself are great as there’s a whole separate living room space, mini fridge, microwave, the toilet and shower are separated in different rooms which I thought was cool in the beginning but realized it’s a lot of walking back and forth. There’s complimentary soaps in the shower, house keeping stopped by daily which was nice. Breakfast was very mediocre. Our bathroom with the showers sink pressure was horrible, barely any water was coming out which kind of sucked and we did notify the front desk upon checking out. Overall, the stay was good, Nice location and hotel. Worth checking out if you’re staying in the area

Everything was wonderful from the start. Starting with Brent at the front desk, he was wonderful at check in and very helpful and a great first face to see, James at the bistro is a great server and was nice and easy to make conversation with while getting us everything we needed. The rooms are a great size and very clean, the view of the sphere from the rooftop is great as well! I hope these employees are recognized for their great work! Thank you!

Good hotel at a walking distance from the strip though it's a bit away from it. Free breakfast is good with a variety of choices. Rooms are clean and spacious with locker facilities in every room. Check in is fast and hotel personnel are friendly. Parking is reasonable but not free.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
