I normally don’t like to post bad reviews, but I’ve stayed here twice now and have had an issue every time I’ve stayed here. I stay here through my company on business which is why I’m here again. The staff here is always helpful and phenomenal so I will definitely give them that. The first time I stayed here there was a rotten banana in my ice container that had mold on it and you could tell it was there for awhile. This second time I found stains on the bedding, my toilet wasn’t flushing at first, and I didn’t have a hair dryer. Overall, great place, great staff, and great location. I just think the rooms need a little more detail.

Beautiful clean comfy room! Plenty of towels, cable tv, in room coffee and tea. Reception is large and nice, free popcorn and hot chocolate. A nice fireplace spacious balcony. Wonderful staff and a nice bar. Only down side is the breakfast. All the hot food, even though it just came out at 7am was stone cold.

The service was friendly and the room was clean. The only issue was a beeping sound coming from the bathroom which disturbed our sleep the first night. However the staff was able to give us another room for the next night which was much quieter. The breakfast was fine nothing special.

Rooms are super clean and spacious and are a good value for the price. The only issue we had was with the front desk receptionist who was extremely unpleasant when we checked in. She was an older lady who was curt and unfriendly during the process and didn't give any additional explanation about breakfast, parking, etc: literally just gave us our key and not even the room number.

The room is big, clean and quiet, despite a bit dated. Overall had a good stay here. The staff is very friendly. They provided complimentary small bottle of water and coffee in the lobby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
