Pretty average hotel. Rooms are a little tired and could use a refresh. Online it said the rooms hadn't been redone since 2011 and it shows. For the price though, it's probably what I would expect. Nice to sleep 5 in a room, which is why we stayed here. Two doubles, a sofa and a trundle. The sofa was just a wide sofa, not an actual bed. The thermostat was on the far side of the room, away from the unit, so it never got cool enough to turn off. Two small (36 or 40 inch) TVs. Rooms felt old and showed. The front desk worker was very kind and friendly and helped how she could. The breakfast was pretty weak. There were electrical problems so the juice machine and toaster weren't working. Eggs were powdered and sausage tasted bad. Nobody in my family ate either of them. Very average hotel in a good location but needs a refresh.

Great hotel for the price and location. What makes this hotel even better is their staff. Ian and Rachel at the front desk are very welcoming and accommodating, and the housekeeping staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are even spacious enough to have a one year old run around. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

Would be 5 stars if there was a waffle maker/better breakfast. Also the ladies weren't very welcoming & the area was a bit messy. I understand it gets chaotic but once it slowed down counters were not wiped down. Also found a spider web on top of lamp (dusting is a must) as well as stains on restroom walls that could be wiped down. I also feel the vents in the restroom should be wiped & not left with dust. It is a nice area. Vons is not far from area. So convenient.

Rooms were well kept and clean. The staff was also very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was available and lots of parking as well. Another plus was nearby restaurants within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend this location.

Friendly staff. Fine, free breakfast every morning. Rooms were small but clean. A/C seemed to be at a preset temp. And, pool was relatively small. Workout room with newer equipment and free dumbbells was a nice touch.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
