I stayed for 1 night on January 27 and was very happy about the location. When I checked in, front desk told me that the service elevator is broken so we'd have to take the stairs. That wasn't a big deal for me however, when I got to my room on the 2nd floor, I checked the toilet and voila, there was feces that was left unflushed by the cleaning team. I was so disgusted I called front desk right away and they moved me to a room on the 9th floor. I'm never staying here again, I almost threw up. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful but the cleaning team needs to do better. I don't recommend staying here.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and made our check-in experience a breeze. Great location. Breakfast was decent. Overall, 5/5 for a 3-star hotel.

This is a really nice hotel in a great area downtown Seattle. Close to the warf and lots of restaurants. Very friendly staff! The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a nice variety. My one and only observation that I would change is their pillows. If you like soft pillows, bring your own. Overall this is a really nice property!

This place was brilliant! Great room with plenty of space, spotlessly clean and with great facilities. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and the breakfast on each floor was perfection! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone - short walk to downtown (mostly flat) but a bit hilly if you’re heading towards the Space Needle.

We had a good stay at this SpringHill Suites. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was good (I liked that they offered different food each morning). A bit far to walk to most of the tourist attractions however they’re just a short drive away and this hotel was more affordable than the other hotels we looked at. The staff was friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
