We needed a location near Mdanderson and found this hotel at a VERY reasonable price. They had a shuttle every hour with very polite drivers. Breakfast was more than most hotels,room for improvement. Room was clean as was hotel. Nice location and nice people greet you and are very helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and what they provided. The breakfast that was served met what I’d consider good for a hotel. The rooms exceeded my expectations, boasting a level of cleanliness that left a lasting impression during the stay. The service from the hotel staff was satisfactory, and the convenient location near NRG Stadium added to the overall positive experience for seeing the game day. Overall it is a solid choice for a comfortable stay in Houston

We had a great short stay at this hotel. The breakfast and pool were all as expected. The room layout worked perfectly for our needs. The night front desk worker was a great help, efficient, courteous, and helped us with some special requests. The location was right where we needed. We would stay here again. The only notable thing was our shower took a little bit to get warm.

This property needs some major upgrade. The rooms are dated, the carpet all around the floors and the room is definitely not clean enough (saw gum stuck on it at multiple places), and not all bathrooms are updated (saw multiple rust stains in the restrooms). On top of that, we had a situation where one of the family members (thankfully an adult, not one of the kids) got locked out in one of the restrooms, and the lock wouldn't unlock. The hotel staff finally had to break the door since it wouldn't open otherwise. We were given another set of rooms (that was quite expected). The lock in the one of other restroom was faulty too. Breakfast is okay...pretty basic. I didn't chat long enough with various staff to comment on whether they are friendly or not.

Hotel definitely need revamping. Old, dirty and stinks. It totally reminds me of a run down motel 6. Parking was $7 which was not bad but the rooms smells wet, the headboard is just a piece of shiny wood nailed to the wall! I do not recommend and will never return

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
