I was there on business at the convention center, so the location was just perfect. Having a pharmacy on the ground floor didn’t suck either. I ended up “needing” some provisions, a/k/a snacks, during the week! I appreciated the feeling of security, having to tap my room, key or phone with the mobile app in the elevator, in order to go up to the rooms. Breakfast was a welcome added benefit with ample choices and very friendly staff attending it. If I was only here for Disneyland, I would probably book a hotel closer to one of the entrances as this was not terribly convenient, but for the right price, it would certainly do.

Stayed with a 5 and a 2 year old. Suites were spacious. Having a microwave and a fridge in the room was great. Location is amazing, right on the bay-side,and very close to all the attractions. Staff was very helpful in delivering food delivery to the room when we were unable to go down. One suggestion would be to increase the breakfast hours. It closes at 9 on weekdays and 930 on weekends which can be a but early for some with young families.

We were going on a cruise, leaving out of the port of San Diego. The wedding party we were with decided to stay at Springhill suites, and it was the perfect location. Mark at check-in was one of the friendliest and gracious hospitality agents I’ve worked with at any Marriott facility. Our view from our room was epic and the walk to this cruise ship was a breeze. I hope we’re able to stay here again. If you’re looking for a place to stay either departing on a cruise or just going to San Diego, this would be a place I would recommend checking out.

Visited for three nights in December. Our room was on the top floor, seventeenth, with a view of the harbor and the USS Midway. The room was clean, and the layout worked well for us. Kind bed, desk center, coffee, microwave, and refrigerator. The bathroom was large enough for easy access. The only drawback to the bathroom was the lack of counter space. The room was relatively quiet, with the sounds of planes taking off occasionally. Staff was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. The morning breakfast was alright. Nothing special or over the top. Eggs, sausage, waffles with assorted bread type carbs, coffee, and juices. The hotel was close to the harbor, many types of restaurants, and across the street from the trolly systems. We didn't have any issues during our stay and felt that it was central to our daily destinations.

We stayed here for our September wedding at The Lane. We didn’t get a room block, because the rates are much higher than other nearby hotels and we didn’t want our guests to feel pressured to stay there. However, we really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend splurging on a corner suite; ours had beautiful views of the bay and boats and felt really special every time we woke up. Breakfast out on the terrace is included, and there’s an awesome little bar called Harbor & Sky on the 5th floor which has weird hours but is a fun vibe. All in all, I would stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
