The hotel rooms here for families cannot be beat. The rooms are spacious and with 2 beds and a pullout the kids didn't have to share a bed (which always adds ages to bedtime when they do). Parking spots were large and plentiful. The location is a short drive to Sea World and the zoo. Would definitely stay here again! Also, self service laundry was a nice amenity for those who are vacationing for a while. Area felt super-safe, close to lots of restaurants and a shopping mall. Starbucks in the adjacent parking lot was a nice bonus too.

My family loves this hotel. The hotel looks new. Our room (king suite with sofa bed) was spacious and clean. The room is well designed. The breakfast was delicious as well. Parking is a bit expensive. Other than that, no complaints.

We came straight from another Springhill Suites that was noticeably cleaner and better kept up. That may have contributed to the overall impression that this location wasn't quite as pleasant. There were crumbs on the carpet when we arrived, the bathroom smelled a little musty, and the first two cribs provided were totally filthy. That said, Sasha from the front desk worked tirelessly to get me a crib that was clean and suitable, even late at night. The beds were clean and comfortable, the location was handy to the freeway, and every staff member we interacted with was lovely and helpful.

Probably the cleanest room I've seen. I'm pretty particular about that. Service is extremely good. Good pricing. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the $25 parking fee. You know, I don't mind paying $300 a night for a place like this but to advertise one price then slap on another $25 is deceptive. Just add it into the total price, then you can say "we have free parking".

Stayed here the second week of January, it was a pleasant place to stay! People at the front desk were pleasant. The corner suites have a nice amount of room, however this was not the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. View from the room was nice and location was not bad, close to many things and easy to access highway and get downtown.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
