Great place to stay for 2 nights, nearby restaurant, spa, massage spots, night market, mart,...you name it 😁 Many were disappointed with the check in process; allowing us to check in at 2pm. For me it is fair, because they have a policy to adhere. While waiting for check in time, we walked around from 8.30am hunting foods and souvenirs. Spacious and clean room, water pressure is just nice (I don't need rough, strong water pressure). Everything is GOOD

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK - 1. If you have weak knee or problem with climbing stairs, book superior room (above reception lobby) as they have lift in that building or pool facing ground floor room (not recommended due to lack of privacy OR noise/shouting from pool). 2. Buy water from adjacent 711 coz they give a small 50ml bottle per day per person. 3. I booked Superior deluxe room - and got corner one (3201). Room is spacious with necessary amenities. Partial view - quite neat. But no loud sound from pool or road. The problem was there's a adjacent wooden door to the next room and you can LITERALLY hear the special Thai experience happening at night in the next room. Now that's the same design for most of the rooms in that floor. If you are a family of 4, it would be best to book adjacent rooms. 4. LOCATION location location - can't praise enough. Beach in front, amazing night market to the right, crowded ao nang to the left. 5. Two swimming pools ... Pretty nice. Buffet breakfast available...costs 300baht per person if not booked with room. 6. Cleaning by room service is excellent. Try agoda for cheaper rates. 7. Hotel will help in arranging island tours or taxi if needed.

Extremely limited parking space, which is a problem for those who's driving to this hotel. Room is not equipped with safety box, they don't even have iron and iron board in the hotel. The toilet is clogged. The only consolation that I can think of is the nice location, fronting the beach. Many shops and restaurants nearby. All in all, not recommended.

- If you are a couple, considering about their room type since you might get single bed. We booked from Agoda for Superior room with double bed, once we checked in, the guy staff informed that this room type only have single bed and we cannot get the double bed. But we informed that agoda has the option for us to choose single or double bed, then other staff only started to inform us that it have, but it is full. So if you come as a couple, make sure your luck is good enough to get the double bed with your partner, or if you ok with single bed, this place would be fit for you. - If you working online and considering about Wifi. This hotel wifi is not good for you, since it will keep disconnecting and we have to login again and again all the time. Even you can login, the connection also not good. So we only used our personal data. - The building quite old, toilet smelly, old lift with almost broken light inside that possibly to shutdown anytime - Beach towels are not enough for everyone during high season. If you want it, go book it first thing in the morning - staffs are not really helpful, only say No to everything without trying to help. - Limited car parking spot even for motorcycles

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
