This is a pleasant enough place with lots of old school charm. When i say charm, i mean squeaky stairs and wobbly floors! The reception is the most unique i've ever seen, and the staff were very helpful and chatty. Perfect for a one night stay over, if your travelling solo its a good drop off. Bath rooms are separate and if you can avoid a shower like me then do so. But generally they were clean !

Lovely hotel! The room was a lot bigger than what was shown on the website, as I had a fairly large suitcase with a extra medium cabin bag which more than enough space was left over.Room was very clean and bed was super comfy.Only a 10-15minute walk from London St Pancras which is perfect. The only negative which is not the hotels fault, is that people are so very loud slamming doors when returning back as the hotel is 24/7, so I would recommend earplugs if you're sensitive to noise when sleeping. Cannot wait to stay again 😁

This was a really cozy hotel! My room was small but clean and the location is close to a variety of restaurants as well as easy access to the tube and other transportation. Even though I did not have a room with a private bath the bathrooms were never dirty and the hotel staff were all friendly and well accommodating. One even lent my a spoon from the staff room when I forgot to pick one up at the store for the duration of the stay. If I were ever to visit that particular area of London again I would definitely consider booking here again.

We’ve stayed in the hotel and enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly, rooms and hallways are clean .. but that’s about it! The rooms are small, and meant only to sleep in. The bunk beds were a surprise for us, and as tall people, these weren’t the most comfortable. The rest of the room is okay too. We would’ve appreciated some sort of AC but had to do with a window, which opened to a very sketchy back of the hotel. Not a worthy view… If you stay in London and plan to visit the city as much as you can and want to just sleep in a safe hotel in the middle of town, this is your go to hotel. If you require a little more luxury just go somewhere else and pay a little more. This is an excellent example of you get what you pay for.

First time staying in London and so glad I picked this hotel! Fantastic location and such good value for money! The single room was small but not an issue for me, the ensuite was very modern and clean with a really good powerful shower! Very friendly, helpful staff who made me feel so welcome during my short stay. Will definitely be returning back for my next trip to London and recommending to all!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
