I have stayed at St Christopher’s in other cities, I know what I am paying for 😉 but was disappointed by this one. As a female solo traveller, I couldn’t believe that in there were beds without curtains? It was very unsettling to not have that very minimum level of privacy, something I thought would the BARE minimum, specially in a mixed gender room. I booked my trip very last minute, so stayed in 3 different rooms. I was happy with the All female dorm, but the mixed gender 8 person room was a real shock. The 12 person mixed gender room was fine, and I was happy with it (curtains thankfully!) Overall, I probably would stay here again, but not until I am reassured that the bare minimum of privacy is promised for guests. Lovely location, helpful staff, and great bars on the street.

In a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Late bar!! It's fine for a hostel in Central London. If your looking for quite place to stay go find a monastery to anyone who wants to enjoy themselves here's fine a place to rest the head even if you get the odd person's back late after a night out!! I had a blast. Thanks all!!

Never stayed in such a disgusting hostel. It really was the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. The bathrooms were disgusting, almost every toilet was out of order (also the one in our bedroom) and the others were absolutely hideous. The eight bed room was cold, because one of the windows was leaking and the heaters were off. We asked at the reception about it, and they just gave us a second blanket. Would definitely not recommend this place, and will not come back.

Horrible experience so far. Everything is so small, even the rooms they offer. My advice is this, do your research on what good hostels there are in London and make sure they are quiet and private. I tried using the shower and well let's say it's just horrible. It takes a while to get warm. It's a good thing I'm only staying one night. I hope Hammersmith I go to next is kinder to me as I've booked a weekend stay there. The cheaper the hostel, the worse accommodation it is.

Awful experience…. I went straight and confident after I stayed at the one in Paris, but nothing compared!! The girl who ‘welcomed’ me didn’t want to help me at all with the locker since I couldn’t check in before 3pm, and she kept this extremely annoyed face all time, fake smiling like she didn’t want to have anything to do with me.. Dirty rooms, thin walls that make you hear every single noise in the hostel, Only the location in kinda convenient since it’s very close to the tube… but other than that 2 stars is enough.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
