        Stayed here for my first time being in London and my friend and I had a pleasant experience! The location of the hotel is great, it’s central to Paddington train station, shops, pubs, etc. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped with our luggage because there are no lifts!! The lobby is very cozy and modern. The rooms are smaller than they appear in photos however. The room was a little tight with my friend and I staying in the Superior double room. So just beware of the room space and lack of elevators!!! Lovely experience overall!

        Very happy with my stay here. Older hotel, but well maintained. I stayed in a renovated room and it was small, as expected, but quite nice. They are quite clear about the lack of an elevator, so just be aware if that is an issue for you. Also note that you must leave your keys at the front desk when you leave, just like old times. Very close to paddington station and a great stay overall

        What a pleasure to experience this terrific property with its terrific setting directly on Norfolk Square. The heritage aspects of the townhouse are being exploited to great advantage in the ongoing renovation. This is a terrific example of a talented designer and a thoughtful doyen joining functional requirements of a hotel with elegance and excellent taste: a rare combination. Renovated rooms are a treat and the public spaces are a pleasure to behold and inhabit. Thank you for your terrific service and a wonderful stay. I didn't want to leave!

        The hotel's location is very convenient. Apart from this, the place is rather depressing. Extremely tiny room, bed,stairs. Don't expect anything in the room apart from a bed, a safe and a shower. No hair dryer no phone. No elevator with very narrow stairs. Service is horrible. I won't recommend

        I stayed with my brother for 2 nights. Position is very good, with big variety of restaurants, bars and other places and 2 minutes walk from Paddington station. What the property lacks is basic hospitality. Check-in procedure was very poor and I almost fell I was annoying them. Same was for check-out, where the lady (who was the same that “checked” me in) didn’t say hello, thank you or goodbye. Room was very small and the bed was little for two adults; also, it faced the street on the ground level, no privacy at all, unless we closed the wood window with no air or light. Housekeeping did a good job by refreshing the room and replacing the towels.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
