Good value for a 3 stars hotel! It has a great location; very close to Victoria station, bus stops, and different places. It’s 25mints walk to Westminster Abbey, which is not bad at all. The room was quite small, but clean and comfortable enough. My room had a private bathroom; shower was excellent but the toilet was bit uncomfortable as your knees would touch the door. Reception was good and check in time was very quick. P.S they charge 10£ per hour for early check-in (before 1:30pm).

We only slept one night out of necessity. The room was clean but very very small. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning aka the heater is a bit noisy. The surroundings and the hotel are quiet and peaceful. In the morning, there was a problem with a non-functioning hairdrier, which they did not solve at all.

The room was on the small size with no fridge and it was strange eating Breakfast in the basement, however the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is only a few minutes from Victoria station and not all that far from Buckingham Palace or Westminster Abbey\Palace of Westminster if you want to walk. I did notice that there wasn't a lift so if you had heavy luggage and were not on the ground floor it could be difficult.

Stayed here for two nights when visiting London. It’s located super central, with a 5 minute walk to Victoria Station. Found the room to be clean, modern and comfortable, although it was super small and we got room 402 which it located at the top of the building, and for those who struggle with stairs, this won’t be enjoyable for you (no lift either). The room does get hot but thankfully the aircon works well. The room doesn’t have a fridge but does have coffee making facilities and a safe. Receptionist was very friendly throughout the stay and let us check in right away at 1pm on arrival. The breakfast was included but this was terrible. There was toasted bread left out that was cold and stale. Ended up sticking with fruit and then left to get food elsewhere. There’s no hot food (eggs etc).
