Our flights was rescheduled at the very last minute. The hotel manager Hilda made a special arrangement for us even though I booked a room with non-cancellation policy. The room is also spacious and I loved the thoughtfulness of going green. Will be back again soon! Highly recommend this hotel for their great hospitality and amenities!

Rooms are clean and spacious, design has small touches of details which makes the revamped rooms feel modern and contemporary. Was really impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff, especially Izwan. Took the same lift down and he immediately struck a conversation w me naturally and also recommended a good and convenient store near the hotel. The Megamall is perfect for shopping. Would definitely stay here again given the chance in future.

This is the first time we stayed at St. Giles hotel at Mid Valley JB. The room is very spacious with a nice view. The breakfast is great with lots of variety. There was a fire alarm that went off at around 2.45am on 1 Jan 2024 and in turned out to be fake alarm. The room service was bad. Our dirty cups with coffee was not washed. I also found my clothes lying on the floor! We stayed in level 23 and checked in on 31 Dec 2023. Hope the hotel can pay more attention to your room service quality.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay first time in Nov 2023 and gave a 4-star rating (due to under staffed front desk and rude worker at breakfast counter). The rating maybe too generous on hind side. This second stay in Dec 2023 came with two glaring issues: First, they placed me in a room facing the mosque (despite instructions given way ahead of time for a quiet room with big bed & high floor). Totally unaware, I was shocked by the blaring sound when taking a nap in afternoon. After complaining to hotel, they immediately changed the room. I’d expect the front desk had some common sense when assigning a room in first place. Secondly, the auto close room doors had design flaws. Guests would open the door and leave them auto shut so loud till you can hear door slamming from miles away. Imagine those night owls or early birds come in and out of their rooms beside yours. Just can’t get proper sleep especially during peak seasons due to this glaring design flaw. Hopefully the hotel would take the feedbacks seriously and rectify these issues. Location and convenience wise, it’s unbeatable.

Traveled KL with my friends and we book separate rooms for each of us. We loved how clean, spacious, comfortable and convenient the hotel is. The toilet is very well kept and cleaned everyday, and we really enjoy the cleanliness and spaciousness of our hotel rooms. Very friendly and approachable staff at the hotel too! This hotel is just next to the mall, and it felt like we didn't have to travel out for anything because the malls were HUGE! Will definitely stay at St Giles again at our next trip. Thank you for having us, St Giles.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
