The hotel is at a very convenient location which is only minutes walk from the Zurich Train Station. The hotel is decorated nicely and gives a very cosy feel. The double comfort room that we stayed in is good size for my husband, my 7 year old girl and myself. There is sufficient space for 2 large luggage, 1 cabin luggage and 3 backpacks. Bathroom is also roomy with towel rack placed away from the toilet bowl (which is a big plus.) Lighting is also modern and pretty with the ceiling lights looking like twinkling stars.

Highly recommend this hotel. Located one block from the main rail station, you are in the middle of shopping district and cultural sights. You can connect easily trams and trains. At Christmas, the streets are magical. Also make a visit to Tourist Information Office in the train station. It's an awesome resource.

This was my first time staying at the hotel and it was booked for a one day due to a layover. The hotel is in a great location that is ideal for walking and shopping. My only complaint is with the check in process. There was only one person working the desk when we arrived so we had to wait about 15 minutes to be checked in. Additionally, we booked 2 twin beds, but were given a room with only one bed. The issue was corrected once we went back downstairs and made the attendant aware.

Great location but not a great hotel. We checked in and they gave us a room that reeked of cigarettes (All the rooms are non-smoking). To avoid getting charged and blamed for this we complained about the smell. They were then gracious enough to downgrade our room to something with a not so great bathroom and shockingly loud ventilation. It is only one night but I would personally avoid this hotel as it seems to have some quality (and maintenance) issues

Rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel staff kind and obliging. Location is excellent with easy access from train station and central, allowing walking to any part of old Zurich. Despite it's central location, it is very quiet.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
