The best hotel I stayed in in all my travels - Very professional service- it feels like home - Sherol made it the best experience ever with her warm heart and compassion. The street is tranquil and safe - many options around, and it’s a walking distance from Buckingham Palace, St James Park, and Westminster. They have a spa in the location, too, and I loved their facial services - it feels like a small village on its own - and enjoyed the cold nights in bed with movies and delicious food from 24-room service.

Lovely hotel! Location is great, in walking distance you can reach a lot of places, subway station is also around the corner. Very friendly staff, good breakfast with a wide range of food. Would definitely book again

I recently had the pleasure of booking a stay for my parents at The Taj Hotel in London, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service and hospitality they provided. We’ve stayed at Taj St James’ Court on a number of occasions and had been looking forward to this one too. Whilst the check in experience and room were great as usual, we were very much let down by the breakfast at its restaurant TH@51. We heard from one of the staff that since the new management took over recently, they have cut down significantly on the food selection available at breakfast. Being visited by many asian/Indian people from around the world, the breakfast used to cater a lot more for this demographic. However we were disappointed to see the breakfast being changed to mainly the standard continental breakfast with limited options from the Indian cuisine which it used to boast of. As much as we really liked the room and amenities, not sure if we will be staying again in future unfortunately.

The people make this place what it is - the service from everyone was fantastic and my check-in and check-out experiences were nice and quick. The foyer and the floors are all designed beautifully too. Of course, the location is super ideal. I had food twice when I stayed and both meals were made to perfection. The amenities in the room were plentiful and the water was hot. I did have a few gripes: - my room is screaming for a refurbishment - I felt and heard every underground train going by and I was on the third floor; my sleep was not great as a result - it's quite loud outside and I feel like a hotel like this, and for the price you pay per night too, you'd expect some double or triple glazing

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
