Apartment spotlessly clean, smelling lovely and fresh when I arrived. Effective communication re check in and check out arrangements kept me informed and everything worked well. Although small, the room was well equipped and had everything I needed for a couple of nights. Minor gripe is the TV seemed very small for the distance it was away from the bed, but that's just me nit-picking, and it's on a busy road so not exactly quiet, but I slept fine. Oh, and be warned it's on the third floor with no lift so not ideal if you've got lots of heavy bags. Fortunately I didn't! Bonus is you have no one thudding about above you. Fantastic location in a good area, felt very safe walking alone after my conference, and near lots of shops and restaurants. Would happily stay again.

Apartment was clean apart from a strange smell coming from the fridge, place could do with better soundproofing as quite disturbing with bumps and bangs from other rooms, a toaster would be a plus. Good shower, comfortable bed, close to underground.

Incredible bad experience upon arrival. The Booking was under my husband's name and while he was in a meeting I could not make the check-in, even though I had the Booking number, because I did not have the Door code and they would not give it to me by phone even though I had the rest of the booking information. They held me 20 minutes on the phone for nothing. At the end I had to interrupt my husband on his meeting in order to send me the Door code. Furthermore you can not make the check-in until 2pm. If you take an early flight as it was our case you have to walk around London with your suitcase until you can check-in.

The photo they use is NOT the exterior of the building. It looks like a little church admin bldg. The location is pretty fantastic. Easy access to one of the greatest malls in the world and Holland Park Station will get you anywhere you need to go in London. The place is a budget purchase. So really you get what you pay for. It's a cute room but everything in it is noisy. The bed. The doors. The floors. And the noise outside the window is populated by regular interruptions form ambulances and police. We stayed for 9 days and had the room serviced once. The frequency was to little for me. Overall it's imperfect, quirky, cheap and ok enough that I would return.

I love this place! It is small (Hello, It is London!) but has everything you needed for a short term stay. Super clean, comfortable, and in a nice neighborhood. Very close to two tube stations on the Central line. You can also get your groceries from near-by LiDl and Tesco Express.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
