        My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights, and our experience can really be best described as fine. Despite my partner being a Gold Elite member, we were placed in ground floor room that was relatively clean and spacious, but very dated and extremely underwhelming for the price. The bed was not very comfortable, the carpet was worn, and the bathtub had trouble draining. The staff working up front was not terribly welcoming or helpful (we had 5 pieces of luggage and were not offered any assistance, we were not given any information on restaurant/lounge use), and it often felt like they were more of bouncers than greeters (we were asked to show our room cards when entering the hotel lobby, which I've literally never been asked to do at any other hotel). For the price they charge (at least for the "regular" rooms), I absolutely don't think it's worth it, and I can't say I would stay here again.

        I didn't stay so can't comment on the rooms. It is however a lovely place for a coffee. Expensive but the surrounding is most pleasant if you like the historical side. A certain stair case was also made famous here by the spice girls in a music video. Located inside St Pancras station. Food is also available.

        I visited the Hotel with my mother yesterday for Afternoon Tea at The Hansom and I have nothing but the highest praise for them. It was my mother’s birthday and as she has mobility issues we arrived in her wheelchair. Ahead of time I emailed through to ensure easy access and specific comfortable seating, they gave me fast responses and we were all set. On the day my mother was feeling unwell, and so I called ahead to let them know we will be late and they were very understanding about it. When we eventually arrived we were greeted with warmth from every staff member. The access was extremely wheelchair friendly, exactly as they had said. The hotel is stunning and grand! The Hansom is essentially the main hotel lounge but it is large and warm which surprised us with such high ceilings how they managed to keep it so warm. The interiors are luxurious and feel worth the money you pay to be there. Our server throughout was Erica and we can’t thank her enough for ensuring our time there was special! She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, explaining everything in detail with a natural and fun manner about her. We were seated in the best area of the room, with the most comfortable seating as requested. They even provided a hand written card on the table for my mum which she loved. Our sandwiches, tea, cakes and scones were all delicious with lovely presentation and they offer a few cute little extras in their menu too which was a nice surprise. Atmosphere was perfect with gentle music playing, quiet and relaxed otherwise, just what you want for afternoon tea. We stayed for 2 hours and not once did we feel rushed! When we were ready to go Erica came out singing happy birthday with candle and handmade chocolates, which we had not asked for. It was so well executed that my mum teared up as she was not expecting it. Not only that, she boxed up our uneaten cakes to take home with us without us having to ask. Thank you to all who assisted in making the afternoon go so smoothly! Highly recommend :)

        Took us a while to write this review but, we stayed here on the evening of our wedding back in May. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, high ceilings and spacious en-suites with room service and the food was so delicious. We walked around to see the different restaurants, bars and architecture and the staff were so welcoming, polite and warm. Our favourite part was the breakfast buffet the next morning. Wow what a selection. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you St.Pancras Hotel for making our stay so special. We will definitely stay with you again. All the best, R & C

        Wonderful stay. Very good breakfast. Amazing building. All the staff is professional, very polite and friendly. Always with a big smile. The only remark I have to make is that the room is a bit faded (in fact you can tell it's been used) and that the bath is not very practical and even a bit dangerous (slippery even with the bath mat). Nevertheless, everything was charming!! Thanks.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
