        Lovely hotel in a wonderful building. Well furnished and well thought out rooms. Staff were curious, friendly and efficient. Breakfast offer very comprehensive. I was booked in by my business client and it's great to have found it for future trips to London. A few small points that could do some attention. The hotel was hard to find in the dark as the signs with the hotel name on are not lit up. The biscuits in my room, while delicious, were broken in their packets. One was just crumbs.

        We stayed here for one night and had a very good sleep. The room temperature is fully controllable through the AC. What prevents me awarding 5-star is that the breakfast is on the downside. It is the so-called continental type with nearly none hot food, just bread, cheese, and sandwich meat slices, which is a bit disappointing. I do prefer the English breakfast with some hot food options.

        The room was exceptionally clean with a modern and obviously recently renovated bathroom. For being in the middle of a big city and next to a busy street the noise of passing vehicles was unnoticeable and our room was on the street side of the hotel. The Wi-Fi was very fast and stable. The Tube station is only about ten minutes’ walk from the hotel and easy to find making access to the whole city easy. The breakfast was decent but a little on the skimpy side for £16 a person per day. The only complaint I have is that apparently the hotel was hacked a few days before our stay and my credit card information was stolen. I only noticed because I noticed an unauthorized charge in the name of the hotel on my credit card and I had prepaid the room when I booked it. This caused me to call the hotel and they readily admitted that they had been breached but offered no other remedy. They did send me an email about 30 minutes after I called warning of a possible data breach. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one but if it were not for my bank being on top of possible fraud, I could have been out several hundred dollars. My stolen credit card data continues to be attempted to be used, I had another fraudulent charge attempt on the cancelled credit card at the end of last week.

        Lovely hotel just outside of Kensington. Cute area and close to transit. Rooms are well appointed and there have restaurants with room service available. Staff at check-in/check-out shockingly cold and unfriendly. Maybe hospitality is different in London?

        It was a lovely aesthetic, the room was incredible. But, firstly we had out of date milk in our room which made me unwell but I was offered a mint tea, and secondly I asked for a late checkout (1pm) it was agreed that is fine, but before I checked out the cleaner tried to open my door, luckily it was locked but it felt like such an invasion of privacy, I’d like to think staying at a hotel you feel safe, but if you stay here due to the pure lack of communication between staff, you won’t be safe. We even had a sign on our door saying we don’t need our room cleaning. This was absolutely terrible and I’d like to think if ever I had to stay here again, they would show they’ve changed that.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
