        The view from the room was spectacular. Depending on which side/level you’re on, you can either see the “Eiffel tower” or the “big ben”. Service was so lovely, all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They also specially prepare amenities, stool for kids too which was very heartwarming. Great variety of choices for breakfast and you can even request to have it delivered to your room.

        Stayed here recently. And I just want to bring it up about this rating system… I think the whole line of staff is doing very well here—COURTESY, POLITE, PROMPT, UPBEAT— can totally tell that they are doing whatever they can, being professionals. If it’s because the hotel’s colors, furnitures, design is dated and giving a 4 or even 3 stars, that to me, it’s being very unfair for them. I think their service is excellent. Beyond good. Getting people to not cut line will be great cause some people are not educated enough to line up or giving personal space. But it’s not the hotel’s fault. I might not come back again base on personal preference but I’ll definitely recommend to close friends and families. They have a great standard of hospitality. - pastry is more presentable if it’s covered prior guests enter the room - butler service is so prompt! - food is not great. Both western and Asian choices. - coffee is not good

        Amazing location, view, staff and room and bathroom was spacious. Our Butler Ariz made our stay even more memorable. So helpful and friendly! Highly reccomended.

        This hotel was the highlight of my trip to Asia (essentially the last leg) and way to kick-off my travel this year. Made a last minute change to my reservation from Four Seasons to St. Regis partly due being part of the affiliation to the Marriott brand but also in part due to service I received at mother St. Regis location. And I couldn’t be more happy about this change The property is exceptionally beautiful, the service is phenomenal!!! Thanks to every member of the staff but special call out to Patrick the supervisor and Ariz who was the butler during my stay for providing exceptional service Truly a remarkable stay and property!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
