⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "My stay at Stadium Guest Lodge exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine desire to make my stay exceptional. The location of the lodge is fantastic, offering stunning views of Cape Town and convenient access to the city's attractions. I enjoyed being within walking distance of the iconic Green Point Stadium and a short drive from the vibrant V&A Waterfront. The accommodations were impeccable. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and provided all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and cleanliness did not go unnoticed, and I appreciated the modern conveniences offered. The staff were truly the highlight of my experience. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist with any request or inquiry made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. Their local knowledge and recommendations for dining and activities added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip. The common areas of the lodge were inviting and well-maintained, and I found the outdoor spaces to be particularly charming. Whether relaxing on the terrace or taking a refreshing dip in the pool, the ambiance was serene and conducive to relaxation. I also had the pleasure of dining at the lodge's restaurant, and the culinary experience was outstanding. The menu offered a diverse selection of delicious dishes, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The breakfast options were particularly delightful and provided a great start to each day. Shawn Pillay If you are considering staying at Stadium Guest House (or anywhere else for that matter) get in touch with them directly. I was shocked to see how much of a cut third party websites take from guest houses such as this, so it really helps them if you go direct! My wife and I stayed at Stadium Guest House back in November 2023. Originally planned to be a 7 night stay before moving on to travel the garden route, those plans were somewhat derailed by Omicron and South Africa being placed on the red list by the UK government. First and foremost, we are so grateful that we chose to stay here as Louis and Leana are simply two of the nicest people (and best hosts) you could ever wish for. They helped us through the entire ordeal, allowed us to stay extra nights until we managed to arrange alternate flights home and just tried to minimise the impact this had on our trip as much as possible. It is because of Louis and Leana we both look back on our trip to Cape Town with such fond memories, despite things going on around us being a bit of nightmare! If you read this, thank you so much to you both. We hope you are both happy and well. As for the guesthouse itself, it is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everyone has different tastes/expectations when travelling, but all I can say is if you like what you see in the pics (as we did), you will not be disappointed. Our room was huge, with a lovely balcony area overlooking the ocean in the distance. There is a lovely shared terrace with dining table and BBQ area, aswell has a large hot tub with sun-loungers. The area itself feels very safe compared to others in Cape Town, and is easily walkable (day time only is advised) to the Victoria harbour area. Uber is so cheap is South Africa that at night it was literally a few pence to get home safely. There is a supermarket and liquor store a stones throw away for supplies, and numerous cafe's, restaurants and bars close by. I would recommend this area to anyone visiting Cape Town. Louis can organise trips, transfers, provide guidance and recommendations for your stay. He clearly has a love for Cape Town (which is understandable, the place is simply stunning) and this helps you get the most from your trip. If you are considering staying at Stadium Guest House (or anywhere else for that matter) get in touch with them directly. I was shocked to see how much of a cut third party websites take from guest houses such as this, so it really helps them if you go I am so happy that we decided to stay at the Stadium Guest House for our first week in South Africa. What a fantastic, friendly introduction to an amazing country. The guest house is in a great central location. We were able to walk to the Victoria & Albert Waterfront in 10 minutes, we found several restaurants just around the corner in easy walking distance and there is a supermarket just a few hundred metres away. This is especially useful as our room had a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, kettle and all the other paraphernalia you need to self cater. Our room had a pretty little balcony surrounded by palm trees and a great view to the sea. Everything was clean and tidy; hairdryer, soap, shampoo, all provided for. Excellent wifi. Our host Louis was super friendly and very generous with his time. Since this was our first visit to Cape Town, his overview of all the sites to see and things to do were very valuable to us and turned out to be great recommendations. All in all, we loved our stay here and can only recommend the Stadium Guest House to you.

"Exceptional stay at this guesthouse! The Bay Window and Large Balcony Studio Apartment offers breathtaking sea and Robben Island views from a private balcony. Self-catering is a breeze with a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a bar fridge, crockery, and cutlery.

Stadium Guest is a beautiful, calm and very welcoming environment. Comfortable and central to all amenities in and around the CBD. I would highly recommend booking at this venue. Enjoy your stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
