If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, this place is just right! The room (at least my room) is super comfortable, with personal washroom. Towels, shower gel, hand towels etc are all provided with. The room has a decent sized TV, tea Making kit, a nice comfortable bed. Train station and Edeka are at a walkable distances. Besides, the shopping area with multi brand stores is also in the close vicinity. Lastly, the staff is really friendly and cooperative! All in all, I loved this place!

Beware! We arrived at 8pm as planned when we reserved, only to find that there is no reception. A sign on the door said to call a phone number, which we did multiple times, but we received a message saying the number was not reachable, and gave a number to text for a call back. No one ever called us back. We tried emailing but received no response either. We had to scramble to book a very expensive alternate hotel room, which ended up being expensive, aside from stressful as the surrounding hotels were all full! A man called me the next morning to inquire about our arrival (clearly he had my phone number if he called me), and said he was surprised as they do their check ins that way all the time. That was a first, and hopefully the last time we run into that situation!

Average hotel with ultra small bathroom. Owner didn't fix the curtain even after agreeing to fix it.. saw some small cockroaches inside the bathroom as well. Breakfast and location of the hotel were good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
