So the rooms are okay. I stayed on the first floor with a booked mountain view. I would barely call it that. It does not really matter but the issue is that you will have to feel the music of the hotel bar downstairs. I was expecting a higher quality of rooms for the price, maybe some paintings. Instead I was met by scuffed walls and poorly finished repairs which I could have probably done better myself. The breakfast is good with a lot of options. The sauna while a bit quiet as per requested was well maintained and fresh. I only wish that the expected nudity level was posted as it differs between countries. While I have no issue it would be nice to know what is expected and accepted. The hotel bar has good fundamentals but lacks in creative execution. Their service was great with no issues. The menu is just a bit confusing with creative choices of standard drinks. The serving medium can also be creative at times.

Ask for another room if your room faces thé main street. Thé windows are badly isolated, there is loud music past midnight and people screaming throughout thé night. We were told we received an upgrade , but it didn't feeling liké it as I could not sleep!

Nice place, modern. Rooms comfy. Breakfast exceptional, would recommend. Parking very convenient. Only downside, our room had a window towards the street and it was quite loud, especially one of the evenings it kept us up for a while.

We had a lovely stay at Stage 12 hotel first week of May 2023. Highlights: - The location is central and right in old town. - The hotel is connected to a mall and has a parking garage which made it very convenient. - The view from the Mountain View rooms are so special. Waking up the snow capped peaks is a delight. - The breakfast spread is extensive. - The bar has great drinks and glasses! - Friendly and helpful staff! Special shout-out to Parmar from the breakfast team and Yvon from the front desk. Can improve: - Housekeeping should refill the coffee cups in the room daily. - The squeeze-to-dispense soap/shampoo bottles in the bathroom are not very easy to use as compared to a regular press down bottle. - option to have room service of the sandwiches from the bar
