Fantastic hotel in a central location. Rooms were spacious and loved having the bedroom separated from the lounge via the stairs. Room was clean. Stayed 2 nights. Only down side was there were a lot of emergency vehicles flying past the windows with sirens on, not sure if near a station or hospital but was very frequent.

Excellent stay! The hotel is located only a small walk from the Königsallee and public transportation is right around the corner which makes it a perfect basecamp to explore Düsseldorf. We bookes 2 double rooms and both were very spacious to say the least. It's without a doubt the biggest hotel room we ever had! The beds were really comfortable and the room provided free water, has AC, a minibar, a safe, ... it honestly has everything you need. Even though the hotel is located in a busy street, we didn't hear any of it and our rooms were directly on the side of the street. Also what I really enjoyed was the fact we could open the window ENTIRELY to ventilate the room. Most hotels don't have windows that go open all the way... The bathroom was pretty nice and clean, a bit smaller compared to the large bedroom but still more than decent! Products were all Rituals! Breakfast had plenty of choice, scrumbled eggs, bacon, yoghurt, and on and on. The breakfast room is a bit small but makes it feel more intimate and less noisy versus big hotels which we liked. The staff was friendly and checking in and out was very easy and quick too. We definitely enjoyed our stay at the hotel and if we would return to Düsseldorf in the future, we definitely would book our stay at Stage47 again! I highly recommend this hotel!! 5 stars for sure!

It was a very pleasant experience: a bit confusing in the beginning because of a busy street but no noise at night at all. The personnel is polite and friendly, the room was warm, clean, spacious and stylish. Definitely recommended.

Nice small Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! Location is perfect as 500 meters from shopping area and around the hotel loads of redtaurants. Will book the hotel again when in Duesseldorf.

Great Hotel! Spacious and clean room with a modern bathroom. Very supportive staff that helped with a forgotten item. Good location with Edeka across the street and within walking distance to the main train station. Thank you!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
