Personally, this hotel feels like a business hotel due to the room sizes and price. The location is in myeongdong making this very accessible to affordable shops and food. The night market is worth going to and you can save some money since prices of food in the night market is not that expensive and they have duty free shops.

Rooms (& bathrooms) are clean, decent but small, suitable for tourists who go out all day and come back to the hotel just to sleep. Drinking water (water filter) is available on every level. Coin laundry is available with 3 washers and 3 dryers. Air con is controlled centrally even though the controller is on the wall of each room (Nov 2023). It might get too hot and stuffy when their centrally controlled heater is on. We turned off the air con, opened the window and turned on the air purifier available in the room. Breakfast options are limited, and not the best quality. Location is close to shops, subway stations and food.

Unfortunately very bad experience with the hotel. First time 1 star review Agree with earlier reviews. 1) Hotel toilet - it has no door between bath and toilet bowl. Only curtain. 2) Amenities only one sanitary bag and shower cap. Toiletries are to be paid or shared. 3) room and double bed (which I don’t know why) is super small unless you pay for bigger room. BUT for this price u can get much bigger and better room amenities. Their room worth much cheaper based on my judgement. Totally agree with previous review, don’t understand why travelers give fantastic feedbacks beside location is not bad. Hotel not flexible too and ruin my birthday trip. Do not deceive by their photos. Worst hotel stay in my life. Revised review after my check out. Still location is very good as it’s right beside lotte and in myeongdong area. Still room amenities needs improvement for this price. Room size still feel it’s super small, can get better ones for this price or cheaper ones around same location with same size room. But Room is clean and bed is comfy, sheets are good perhaps it’s still new. Management or reservations team not flexible, cos they just wanna earn money. No exception to modify booking at all. Don’t deceive by photos, so better do your research first. Pov Service was good as I wanted upgrade (paid) during the stay, they actually send someone up to show us around different room and give suggestions to stay put since superior and deluxe double room is fully booked.

Went in early Dec 2023. The location of the hotel is great, a stone's throw away from subway station. Behind it is Myeongdong shopping street. Main entrance is behind Apple store. Lobby on level 9. Service is prompt, staff speaks English. We receive 2 welcome drinks upon check in. We booked a family room for 4 pax. Room is clean and well equipped. Only area that i feel is lacking is the number of power points in the room. Only 2 in the room with built in adapter. So we had to remove the table lamp plug to free up a 2-pin point for use. Room window can be opened by pressing the black button near the casing. 2 lifts can go to level 1. During 'peak' times, it takes a while to get the lift. It is directly opposite Lotte Department Store, hence we have a good view of the xmas lightings from our room. Will definitely go back to this hotel again if we travel to Seoul next time.

Location is good. Service is very pretty bad as you asked for water bottle from concierge, they will tell you only one bottle is given. However, they did not know water was not refilled in the room. For the miserable small size of room with higher rates compared to hotel in the same area, I don’t see this hotel value for money. It’s the first time we encounter hotels limit on water supply.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
