What an amazing place. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Set back from the loud busy road in the beautiful nature Phu Quoc has to offer. The staff were amazing throughout our stay. The room was massive. Great big comfy bed. Big TV with all the mod cons you would expect from a 5-star hotel in Europe. The pool deserves a review on its own. There are 2 pools just down from the restaurant area. One shallow pool perfect for kids or sunbathing. Both are massive and beautifully kept. As are the grounds of the hotel itself. Breakfast was lovely albeit a bit of an early finish. It runs from 7:30-9:30. Freshly cooked eggs however you would like them. As well as pancakes, yogurts & Pho etc. To summarise this place is an absolute must when staying in Phu Quoc. 5 stars all the way. Looking forward to the day when we can return.

great place ! I had a good size bungalow with quiet AC , ceiling fan , small fridge, LCD TV, hot shower , comfortable big bed. Breakfast buffet is good, pools are clean and big with towels and sun beds You just need a scooter because beach is like a kilometer walk. They rent scooters.

200 meters off the main road up a slight hill the Star Hill is an excellent bungalow resort with fantastic breakfasts, a warm pool, friendly staff, and well manicured premises. I stayed 14 days and it was a ten minute walk to the beach, music at the Blue Monkey, and great pizza just across the main road. I have been traveling 13 months in Asia and this was one of my best hotels without a doubt

Really nice place. We had amazing time there. Great value for money. We had few lizards and spiders in our room. We were okay with that because of price. Staff was the best. Really helpful and nice. Amazing breakfast. Even for people from Europe. You can also rent a motorcycle here. Small suggestions for the hotel: -add a doorstep to both doors to keep insects outside -add closet or shelf to the room, there is so much unused space

My wife and I spent a month here. Free breakfast is very good. The rooms are large and the landscaping is great. Has 2 large pools, one for the children and the other is deeper. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The location is excellent, right in the best part of Duong Dong. Lots of food options very close by.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
