Was apprehensive due to other reviews left but was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming, making sure we had all we needed. The location was perfect with access to many restaurants, takeaways and Morrisons close by. The rooms had everything you needed, bathroom was clean, shower was excellent and beds were so comfy. The room we stayed in had air conditioning which made it a very comfortable stay. Will definitely return for future trips to London. Thank you!

NEVER EVER BOOK here a Hotel Room. You go to London for business and book your room in a hotel. Normal procedure. Book, PAY and hope to have a place to sleep. But when you get to the hotel, you are told that you don't have a room, because some receptionist can't inform the others that you are coming in late. NO Money Back and also NO Hotel Room. If you wanted charity, you could ask for help, not rob people of their time and money.

The staff members were very helpful and friendly and showed excellent customer service. Even before the day I arrived, I contacted the hotel and one hotel employee recommended good places by phone, which was really helpful.

Do NOT stay here. If I could rate minus stars I would. Firstly, the photos advertised do not represent the building nor room accurately. I wasn’t aware the hotel had a sheesha bar attached and the bar itself is extremely loud from the room. The room itself was extremely dated at first glance but that was the least of my worries. Within the first 10 minutes this is what I discovered; a bag of a previous guests belongings in a drawer including medication, two empty jars of spices under the desk and only half a kettle. When looking at the bed, there was yellow stains all over the pillowcases and blood spots inside the duvet cover (and I don’t mean just a few…). The bed itself wasn’t even my main worry about staying in this room. The latch on the door had been removed and the door didn’t lock from the inside as it was broken. Throughout the night we heard banging on the doors near by ours and men walking up and down the corridors. As two women we felt VERY vulnerable here. The staff were extremely blunt and non approachable - not the welcoming feeling a hotel should have. Please avoid at all cost.

I would recommend to book the deluxe room, my normal room was fine, could have been cleaner but it was fine. The Staff was really nice and helpful they were available at all time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
