Bad experience. There is only one bathroom (shower and toilet together) with a dirty mat shared by the whole accommodation of males and females. It's crazy how people keep knocking on the door while you are taking shower and when you come out, you find the long line of people for the shower. Felt really bad about it. This place better just shut down if this is what they can provide. It is nothing like the pictures you see on Agoda. Don't be fooled. It's a shame that it seems like it used to be a decent place from the past reviews. The staff (including the security guys) was nice and friendly, access is good, bed was comfy I must say, but I won't stay here again.

Well, do double confirm with the staff whether their bathroom renovation has completed before you make booking. I booked 3 nights but only stayed for one night. Location wise is good, staffs are friendly. However, the most unbearable thing is the bathroom and toilet. Due to renovation in progress, all of the guests shared one toilet and 2 bathrooms. And the smell....you can imagine how bad it is....eventhough the staffs use deodorizer, but the smell still there...and there are 🪳 in the bathroom... After a night, straight away checkout without any hesitation.

DO NOT stay here. The pictures they are using are not accurate. It is a tiny room with 40 people crammed in and only one shower and toilet that everyone is forced to use. There is no door on the bathroom so u can smell it from the bedrooms. And the mattresses are not clean. Covered in hair and bugs. I’m not sure why Agoda still lists them on their website. I am currently in the process of getting my money back. You have been warned.

The pictures on Google are out of date There is only one toilet and two showers available for up to 40 guests, which is not clean. We were told the main shower and toilet area were unavailable as work is being done in the main hallway of the building, if this is the case then the price should be reduced until there are sufficient toilets and showers available. There is also no communal area available and no signage on the main street to help locate the hostel. The bed sheets however were clean, and the hostel is centrally located.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
