Had a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect right next to the Milan train station. The rooms were neat and well kept. Breakfast spread was also good. Staff was warm and welcoming.

Great staff. Very close to Milan Centrale which is great as ate/drank there most nights. I asked for a quiet room but I was advised that we will need to pay extra to upgrade as the room we were assigned was opposite the lifts. Reception kindly offered a ‘discounted’ rate per night if we wanted a quiet room which we took. I wish this was offered free instead of being charged to request for a quiet room. The room we got was outdated with wallpaper stripping off. The room was spacious and comfortable though. It also has a balcony with a great view of the city.

Milan central station is just opposite to the hotel. Small but very comfortable room. Our room had a balcony. Rooms and bathrooms are same as shown in the photographs. Neat and clean bathrooms. It has a bathtub with shower. Lot of towels in various sizes. Eventhough not mentioned in site it has a hairdryer. Room has a kettle and coffee sugar packets. Mini bar and snacks for a price. Has a comfortable chair and table. Good breakfast. Excellent house keeping

Great hotel with comfortable rooms. Cleaning a bit superficial with obvious dustbunnies under the bed and a bathtub that could be cleaner. During the week the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and good quality. Over the weekend it was not as well kept. Would definitely stay again.

The good point is near to the train station. But the surrounding is not a nice neighbourhood. Wifi is very poor. No internet even when the wifi is connected. Small gym. Water only provided on the first day.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
