        This hotel is great for family travel. We stayed here with our 10-month-old baby and I loved the baby amenities like the bath tub, changing pad, bottle warmer, pack n play and the stroller which would be better if the Chicco one provided had the canopy, instead the staff quickly offered another one but it was a little unstable. The breakfast is really good!!! The room service maintained our room very clean. The location is great to go to various touristic venues. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The only 3 things I would suggest improvements are: 1) during our stay there were 2 events and it was a little bothering having people stuck in the corridor when you want to pass to go to our room 2) the elevator buttons somehow were a little funky 3) the temperature of the room didn't match the thermostat, but since I went in January that was not a big deal, but during the summer it might be an issue

        The hotel is located walking distance from most places you want to go in Rome. The front desk staff is very helpful and are very accommodating for non Italian speakers. They were quick with restaurant recommendations and easy directions of the best ways to get places. They had no problem coordinating our drivers from the airport and to the cruise port. The breakfast is an extra charge and is a bit crowded so give yourself a little time to wait for a table to be cleared and silverware/cups to be available. There is a very good variety of foods available at breakfast. Rooms were clean and had lots of little amenities. My photos are after our stay so everything was neater when we showed up of course.

        Outstanding hotel and close-by to many great sights. Special mention to Mario, Claudio, Fabrizio, and Ahmed for helping make our last 2 nights memorable and safe. Maintenance crew noticed a water leak from our room and the customer service reps - mentioned before - took excellent care of getting us into a new suite and provided luxury pillows as well! VERY pleased overall with our stay and would definitely book this hotel again when visiting Rome in the future.

        Hotel with a decent design, well-located close to Roma Termini but I still believe that the value received does not outperform the money paid. It’s my 7th visit this year and I’m a bit disappointed. 1. The staff at the reception are low-ken arrogant 2. The management have decided to turn the ventilation off. I’m not talking about AC, I do mean ventilation. I called the receptionist and she pretended to listen to me but kept giving excuses about why Rome is overall warmer this period of the year compared to last year.. 3. We had to sleep with our windows open… we could hear everything happening on the reception floor. There was a party and it was hard for me and my 6 other colleagues (occupying 6 other rooms) to get a decent sleep. Despite the fact that it’s almost winter, it was suffocating hot in the room and sleeping was hard even with open windows which is not acceptable nor excusable for an outstanding hotel like this one. The value is not worth the money !!!

        We send an email since we were coming in later at check in and I still haven't got any replies yet. This is the 2nd time here, we booked online and prepaid everything or at least we thought so until we check out and they told us we haven't paid the breakfast we booked online. I don't speak italian but I can understand it and when the lady in the front desk offer to give us the detail bill the other gentlemen said "no why would they need that for" in italian. Our room was hot and when we inquired about it, the lady in the front desk told us to open the windows! Whatttt, she said there was not AC in there. Lastly we were sleeping one night and the TV suddenly turned on, I was freaked out, our son went with of and have a separate room he said same thing happened to him. One good thing I didn't hear anything other than furniture moving around on the above floors but the noise from the street wasn't bad at all, the bar staff and breakfast staff was nice. It will probably the last time we will stay here.
