Wonderful hotel, particularly if you are traveling to do something associated with University work or a company in the area. The hotel staff were delightful. Luca and Mateo were extremely helpful to my colleague whom I was traveling with. The staff in the breakfast area all were very nice. Also, Daniel/Danny was a nice/fun staff person and I think him for mentioning the option to share comments online. We came from the United States for work/academic reasons, and I would stay at this hotel any time again!

We stayed at the Starhotels Tourist via a gate one travel special and we where pleasantly surprised. The room was small but clean and comfortable with comfy beds and linens. Shower pressure was great. Breakfast was very good and included with our rate. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The Metro was right in front of the door so easy access to central Milan and the Italian train system.

Stayed there with my family. I liked the hotel too much. It is not in the center but metro station is just in front of the hotel which makes moving easy. Rooms are confortable and very clean, the kettle for coffee is just missing. Receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Thank you Starhotels!

The Starhotel Tourist (Metropolitan City) was amazing! The hotel is located directly across from the metro, which made it very easy to get around. The hotel rooms were very clean and remain so during our stay. The food was fresh and exquisite each time! The staff was very accommodating and extremely pleasant! A big thank you to the Management team, Constantine our bartender, Mohamed our waiter, and Angelo who always had a great smile! To the staff ladies, thank you for making our stay Amazing!! 😁M. Perfect location only 17mins to Duomo. The staff were brilliantly friendly . I visited in 2018,19 and today it’s better. Having the train directly opposite the hotel entrance is brilliant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
