Airport that will struggle during peak season. We can't even find the information desk, so our option is to ask from the currency exchange desk, which doesn't seem to have a queue most of the time. If you are hiring a car, if you can't find the company within the airport terminal building, go out of the building, turn left, and look for the shuttle bus waiting area on the far left. You will see a board displaying all the hire car company logos. Wait for the shuttle bus, that will bring you to another building about 5 minutes ride.

Small dirty and full of people who doesn’t have the customer approach. At 8 a clock in the morning all the toilets were closed to be cleaned ..I understand that job should be done but … all in the same time unacceptable. Poor duty free stores.

If your dream is to experience what it was like during the 2021 evacuation of Kabul, this airport does a pretty good job, and is probably the best one in Europe. Check-in and security is fairly smooth, but if you’re flying during peak-summer-season, the experience after security is intense and stressful. The airport simply isn’t build to handle the amount of flights and people. Extremely crowded, way too few seats, and too few amenities and services in general. Cannot recommend.

They built an expensive monorail to get you to the airport but the airport itself is overcrowded, dirty and stinks. Toilets are gross and stink. I have no idea how evacuation should look like in a case of an emergency, when there is approx. 125 seats for the six planes departing right now. There is no space to even sit on the floor anymore, new people are incoming, we are standing packed like sardines in a can. It is a disgrace that such a beautiful region has an airport that cannot fulfill basic human needs. I saw many airports in Europe and so far all of them were much much better

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
