The 1 star rating this hotel has, is very misleading. We reserved room 51, the suite on the top floor and it was really great! Check in happened at the cocktail bar just beside the hotel entrance, a little different but the gentleman checking us in was super friendly and helpful. The room it self was amazing. Extremely clean, well arranged and we really enjoyed the style. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Beddings were very comfortable as well. Would totally recommend for a stay in a cool part of Zurich !

Unfortunately we had a bad experience, we spent more than two hours waiting outside, we wanted to explore the city and we basically lost the day... since the check-in was done at the bar and it was closed. There was no response from anyone to the phone and email. I had to go to the bar and politely ask someone to call me by phone and no one answered. They didn't even put a sign informing you that they served you on the 24th floor of the hotel, I had to guess by ringing bells until they attended to me. If you have people with reservations, how do you have the bar with the blinds down? The coffee maker was broken, there was no cutlery, you have to eat with a spoon. The toilet paper was in half, the cleaning was bad. I had to ask for soap because they only left us one as a couple. and the next day to reverse the situation they let us stay two more hours but when we returned to get our belongings the girls started to clean the room with an hour left before checkout the card was disabled, a complete disaster. There is a communication problem in that hotel. I would not go back.

Incredible hotel right in the center of old town Zurich, and only a few minutes walk from the train station. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was happy to spend almost an hour talking with us about Switzerland and the best local sights to see. Our room was a great price, and was spacious, clean, and modern. There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby, including one in the hotel. We honestly couldn't recommend this place more, the owner really went above and beyond.

The hotel is decent, the rooms are somewhat clean and usable. Right on top of a club/bar, so you hear banging music all night long. The check in process is very ominous, you have to walk into a bar and speak with this guy who seemed half baked to get your keys. The hotel does not have a reception, the bar next door is where you check in, at the bar! Literally. Close to the station which is a plus. The place has no service or concierge, so no help there. Good luck if you choose to stay here.

We spent one night at the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It is very at the center therefore we easily went to old city, city center and back to hotel during our visit. It has a small kitchen well equipped. The guy was very helpful and nice. He welcomes for reservation at the bar under the hotel. Consider to stay here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
