Hotel itself is pretty nice, and the staff are really kind, but I found the place slightly dirty, especially the sheets and pillowcases. On top of that, the way the bathroom is built is terrible, water goes everywhere when you shower and when you open the tap on the sink. Besides that the stay was okay, I think it was decent for its cheaper price compared to other hotels. If you want a cheaper stay in the area then this hotel is fine.

Worst experience ever Stayed in one of the suites for a month and a half. - lipstick stains on towels more than once - we never ever had a white clear sheet, always something on it... - most of the time i had to go down to ask for toilet paper - as i said i stayed more than a month and it took almost a month for the reception guy to show me the hotel and to finally tell me there was : A washing machine, a commom kitchen, a dining area, the terrace etc. Basically every facility long-stay clients have an access to. - have witnessed the reception guy being disrespectful and trying to flirting with female solo clients when they seemed obviously uncomfortable - better not be in the room when it's time for the cleaning ladies to clean, because they are going to make you understand, "its now or never"... pretty surprising when they just barge into your room and tell you that you need to leave asap - and they are incredibly loud, especially in the morning. Impressing how they are always having so much fun it was like an old group of freinds who haven't seen each other for a while catching up.. - Doesn't matter how many times you make a complaint. Nothing changes - They barely apologize, they just want to make sure that you are not going to make a fuss about it. The reception guy keeps repeating, "please don't leave any bad reviews. I'll be in a big trouble" ..How about, like, being correct in the first place?

Booked a stay here very last minute after a horrible Airbnb experience. Rooms were very comfortable for 3 people (3 single beds) and clean. Ryan was amazing and very helpful and kind throughout our stay. The location is great; in between two different train lines and lots of restaurants and late-night eats around plus convenience stores.

Great last minute stay at StayB, found day of after a nightmare-ish airbnb. The manager Ryan provided excellent service throughout our 4 night stay! He was very accommodating, patient, and kind. Rooms were a great size and fit 3 people comfortably. Room and bathroom were both clean. Amazing location for first-timers to Seoul as it is in between two different subway lines, making it easy to transit to any area without any train transfers. About a five minute walk to each station. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants located on this street. Also a 15 minute walk to the popular Myeongdong area, with lots of shopping and eats in that area. Laundry is also available in the basement of the hotel. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I will stay here again if I return to Seoul!

I don’t quite understand why this hotel is 4 stars. The lobby is nice, but the rooms leave something to be desired as does customer service. When I dropped our key down the slight inside the elevator shaft (quite literally cannot make this up), they charged us 30,000 won for a new one and nearly didn’t give us a new one because they didn’t believe us. We also had an issue when we first were trying to check in. Overall, there are a lot of nice places to stay in Seoul, I’d stay elsewhere if you have the chance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
