This hotel was magnificent. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Natia was the most lovely and kind host. Breakfast was traditional Georgian food, and it was delicious. The room had everything we needed, and was nicely decorated. It was a short walk to the tourist area, but far enough away that there were many wonderful local restaurants to choose from. This place is the absolute best.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and it was very nice and comfort place. Special thanks to the landlady Maggy, who has prepared the breakfasts for us every day. And the receptionist Kakha is the kindest person who can always keep up the conversation I recommend this place to stay.

Stay Boutique the rooms are complete with a private bathroom equipped with slippers, the units at have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning and some big rooms come with a seating area. At the accommodation all rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels. We can enjoy a very delicious home made very traditional buffet breakfast. Near the hotel include Presidential Palace, Metekhi Church and Sameba Cathedral. 5 min walk from Avlabari metro /bus station.And also the Tbilisi International Airport is 15 km away.

Excellent stay near Rustaveli Ave, minutes from the metro. Clean rooms and great location. Would stay again.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
