        Overall we’ve enjoyed our stay there for about a week. The walls in between are thin and you could hear the noises next door clearly. Gym & pool was great although there is only one OLD treadmill, working fine but shaky. Very polite staff & affordable good coffee downstairs by STAY management too! Walking distance to 7-11 & train station. Great value!

        Fantastic boutique hotel for the price, good rooms, amenities, lobby area, and service. Bathroom is split into toilet and shower, with sink located separately for convenience. Swimming pool is small but gym is functional. Lobby is nice and they provide refreshing drinks and water for free. Good wifi and service, English is not a problem. Would stay again!

        The hotel has very limited parking and while some parking staff allow you to park at the handicapped lot if there’s no more normal lots, other staff will not. I drove out of the handicapped lot at 5am and came back to the hotel at 5.30am and after a chance of shift, another parking staff told me rudely to drive to the end of their small parking lane to park at a car lift. At 5.30am with very limited visibility, it was difficult and unpleasant to park on a car lift. All the parking staff did was to stare and walk away. If he had smiled or even bothered to explain why his standards were so different, I would have just accepted. Went up to the reception to feedback and the reception staff didn’t understand English well. After I spent 5 minutes explaining, the staff said the parking staff boss will come at 7am, then I can complain to him. He said he has no power to do anything. All I wanted was to provide feedback and the hotel can record down something and act on it. No apology for my inconvenience or a reflection of their staff was done. I felt that the hotel guests are left to the staff’s mercy. The hotel location is not within walking distance to any train station. You get to find a 7-11 and some eateries near the hotel. That’s all. You have to take a taxi or drive elsewhere to find something better. The room is super awkward! I paid for a corner suite with a bathtub, but that bathtub is beside your bed. Everything gets wet and at night, the floor turns cold and slippery. If I choose to use the shower space, it’s a very small space and there’s absolutely no space, not even a small ledge to place your toiletries. After using the toilet, which is a separate small space from the shower, you have to walk out of the toilet to actually use the basin located in front of the bed, away from everything else. The windows have very weak soundproofing and I hear everything - dog barking, cars and bikes on the road. For 1900 baht, this hotel is a total scam. I know I’m not paying top dollars, but the rudeness and low service level of the staff, and the uncomfortable room layout and condition of the room are just not worth it.

        Thought I would like it cuz of the review. The bed was hard as a rock. I stained their towels a little bit and they charged me 400 b. So ridiculous. I totally would never go there again. Didn’t like the service. After they cleaned my room, they also didn’t lock the room. I hate the experience of being there.

        I had a pleasant stay, would definitely recommend this hotel and I would come back for sure! Minimalistic concept, perfect for a casual stay! Great location, not at the busy streets..but you could go to the city center via Grab which would just cost you around 200-300 Baht.
