The location was good and perfect for non driver. Subway station was literally 20 steps away from the hotel. The room was clean, and the service was satisfied. But there was no view from the hotel room.

Stayed in a corner room for one week. Nice design, bed was comfy. Good bathroom with tub but really small room, did not feel like the 300 sqft advertised. No iron or ironing board and was told they gave it all out when requested. Front desk calls up to the room daily even when I have “do not disturb” switched on. I had to unplug the phone. I was surprised to find there was no restaurant in the hotel and had difficulty finding food at night. Shops nearby close early by 9pm. Fantastic location walkable to Yeoksam train station. I would pick a different hotel next time.

Do not recommend this hotel honestly. I stay for 9 nights but the hotel staff can’t be flexible for late check out. It’s a very small hotel. You can find better hotel in the same price in Gangnam. Very noisy the room is not soundproof

Great location and facilities in the room...except the room was 34 degrees celsius, over 93 Fahrenheit by standard and the hotel staff claimed no heating was on and this was normal. This was in April, theu advised to keep AC on all the time temperature outside was 15-22 degrees celsius

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
