        Staying here was the best decision! It’s so close to everything in the city and we were able to walk around everywhere and not have to pay extra for Ubers at all. They’ve got everything you need and the staff here are friendly too. It’s got a 24 hour front desk which is super convenient and they are extremely welcoming. Don’t be fooled by the less than 4* rating. Just don’t opt for breakfast as there are so many restaurants around to choose from. If you’re staying in Lisbon, this is the place to be!

        This is the worst hotel I've ever had to stay in. It's the first time I've encountered a 4:00 PM check-in. Upon arrival, I had to argue that my breakfasts are included as the receptionists thought differently. Honestly, it might have been better if I didn't order them because they were meager (pastries, fruits, cereals, drinks, yogurt). The absolute worst part was that there were no hot water on the second morning. The receptionist told to wait for the water to heat up, but unfortunately, it never appeared even after waiting for 3 hours. As for the view from the window, unchanged air conditioner filters, and a stained carpet, there's nothing positive to say.

        Run away if you want to sleep in this hotel. Almost 300 euros for 2 nights without sleep: After long walks impossible to sleep due to the noise (night rubbish collection , drunks,etc..), towels have holes, no shutters, no double glazing and .. available car park -mentioned for the booking - is unavailable ! We were said they could let us know when places but never came back to us —> add another 100 euros for the car park.extremely disappointing.we do NOT recommend to stay there !

        We stayed here for 5 nights. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom products have been replaced when needed. There is a kettle in the room. At arrival we received a bottle of water and tea in the room. We didn't have a noisy room, I know other people have complained about this. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner doesn't work on the heat, we said this at the reception, but they didn't know how to help us. Also, the reception staff is unqualified, doesn't have sufficient training for this job. The light in the room was very weak, there aren't enough bulbs. At breakfast there were few options and every day the same products. I recommend having breakfast in the town, there are much better options for the same price. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and quiet. The location of the hotel is very good for those who want to explore the city, the metro station it's right next to the hotel. You can reach the main attractions of the city on foot, there are many restaurants and shops in the area. Score 10 for location.

        Beds are really comfortable. Considering how close it is to downtown and bars I got a great sleep. The location is absolutely perfect. The employees at reception spoke English for a smooth and easy check in. If you haven't been to Lisbon before, there is a city tax to pay which is around 4 euro a night. The rooms are big and clean.
