The room was exceptionally comfortable and impeccably clean, providing all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's excellent location, which made it convenient to explore the beautiful city of Lisbon. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff, particularly Marianna and Madalena at the reception. They were not only welcoming but also went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Stay Hotels in Lisbon for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located accommodation with exceptional service. Big thanks to Marianna and Madalena from the reception for making our stay memorable!

The location of the hotel is great at the bus stop of the 760 and 767 lines, which can took you to the city centre or to the Saldanha metro stop. The breakfast is ok, even the vegetables are missing. The room was small but enough for two persons, it was a strange and a bit bothering smell at the 3rd floor where we stay, the cleaning was rare. The room have been cleaned once per the 3 days we stay at the hotel.

The room smelled like sewage when I arrived, luckily by leaving the fan at full power while going out to dinner took out the smell. Since I arrived late at night back in the room and departed early, I didn't have the chance to properly inspect it until my last day. That is when I found out that the whole border of the window had mould! Subsequently, I checked better the shower, and sure I also found mould there. Additionally, in the bathroom, there was no place to leave the soap that you use to wash your hands, which was super impractical. Finally, I, personally, found that the breakfast was overpriced for what they offered, sadly I had no other option than to book it since I had to leave early and no bakery was open at that time.

BED BUGS!! During our stay, our experience was marred by a severe issue that we never expected to encounter. On the first night of our stay, I was horrified to discover a bed bug crawling on my face, which resulted in an extremely distressing experience. Subsequent inspection of the room revealed that the bed bugs were not confined to just one location but were present all over our bed and the headboard. After notifying the reception about this alarming situation, we were eventually offered a new room. However, before the room transfer could take place, my partner and I were required to take a shower and meticulously check all our clothes and belongings for bed bugs. This process took us approximately 1.5 hours, and it wasn't until around 4:30 AM that we could finally enter the new room. Throughout this ordeal, we could not find restful sleep. The following morning, around 10 AM, we had the opportunity to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, his response was far from satisfactory. He offered us only free breakfast as compensation and was uncooperative with any other suggestions we put forward. He mentioned that he would contact his management and assured us that we would receive further communication on the matter. During the subsequent two nights of our stay, my partner and I continued to experience significant anxiety due to the ongoing fear of bed bugs, which greatly hindered our ability to sleep and enjoy our time in your hotel. Upon returning home, we had to take extensive precautions to ensure that we did not carry any bed bugs with us. This included washing our clothes at a higher temperature (60°) than recommended, steaming items that could not be washed (such as our luggage and bags), and setting up pheromone traps to monitor and capture any potential bed bugs. Within the same week upon returning home, we contacted the hotel chain, but did not get any response from them, let alone from the managers, as promised. It demonstrates the lack of commitment to provide a safe and comfortable experience for its guests by taking prompt and appropriate action to rectify this matter.

The smell everywhere inside the hotel was horrible. Bathroom shower had mold. Stayed in the hotel for 10 days, asked the staff to give us an iron, they said they don’t have one. This is the first hotel in my life where we cannot get an iron. Asked them few times to solve this - no solution, no answer. Really bad service. Cannot believe they could not go and buy at least one for the whole hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
