The room was okay , location is good. But few things which I want to highlight from my last stay is , the toilet flush was not working fine in one of the room , in other room my friends took the sink was clogging. They didn’t ask for or come for room service the next day not sure if it is common. We informed the issues with the toilets at the reception.

Very nice hotel to sleep for a couple of days. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with good variety and goes from 6h30 to 12h. Rooms were small but cozy, good beds, a desk where you can work. Beautiful view from the 6th floor. The only thing it bothered me was the room is not sound proof, i could hear the people next door watching movies. I think the AC was a bit noisy and you couldn't really shut it down but it's was always warn inside in plain winter and I slept well. Good bathroom with a big shower, toiletries and even an hair dryer. Great location and chill environment for such a central place. Would come here again!

1. The receptionist was very rude and arrogant. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and our room was booked a day prior. I showed her the booking confirmation and she said that we could only check in at 4 pm. I was surprised and thought they might need time to clean the room and get it ready for us so I let that pass. Then I asked her if could have breakfast and she says we could but only from the next day onwards. At that point I had to actually reiterate that the room was booked from the previous day and that the breakfast was already paid for. 2. She asked me to call reception if we needed help but it was a complete waste of time because they never answered the phone. After calling them twice, I had go down to them to ask for an iron. If they were busy then I would have understood, but they were just standing and talking at reception so that does not justify why they never answered the phone. 3. They also lied to us. The supplier that we made the booking with sent them a message to inform them that my mum needed a gluten free meal for breakfast. Instead of being honest and informing us that they do not serve gluten free meals they said that they never received the message. I had to call the supplier to re-confirm this and they sent me a screenshot of the message that was sent to the hotel. 4. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee does not taste like it all, the pastel de nata is inedible and their fruits are stale. There is no variety in their breakfast menu.

Positives: Reasonable price for 3* hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable with very effective aircon; room was cleaned, tidied and restocked every day. Good location to the north of the city centre convenient for the metro from airport. The breakfast was excellent value with a wide variety of cereals, fresh breads, pastries, good coffee machine and fresh orange juicer, and relaxed hours (to 12 every day) - but costs 1 euro per day more if not paid for at check in. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Things to be aware of: there are five steps up to the (small) lift. The views are mainly either of a busy street, or a hideous multi-storey car park.

Hotel to avoid if you want to rest !! Very noisy hotel where you hear every car driving on the cobbled street !! Poor rooms !! Doesn't worth its price at all !! It s not only my opinion, we came here for a business trip with several colleagues and most of them had an issue. From the noise to the one is blocked in the bathroom....

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
