Spacious and clean space with modern amenities. It was a very nice stay! Fully furnished apartment with everything that you need, they even have room service and take out the trash daily. Perfect place to stay in Copenhagen, reasonably priced.

This is a lovely place to stay when visiting Copenhagen! The apartment was perfect for our family with two teenagers. It was spacious, clean and a nice place to hang out. We also enjoyed the possibility to cook there. There are many supermarkets at the neighbourhood and the hotel has its own gym that we also liked. The metro is only a few steps away and you can even take the ferry to the city. The surroundings are new and there are lot of constuction sites. There can be some noise but it didn't bother us at all.

Nice hotel with modern rooms. But! There is a gym in the building that starts at 6:30 with loud music. Stuff of hotel can do nothing as it is an external company. It is weird to have very strick and reasonable quiet rules, that can be ignored by third company that wakes up your guests in early morning.

We rented two apartments at this location. The apartments are big and spacious, our apartments where on the top floor with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is a metro station less than 5 mins walk. There is a nice supermarket nearby less than 5 mins walk. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, I would defiantly return and recommend this location for a weekend trip to Copenhagen.

Great apartment hotel for both groups and individuals looking for a place with amenities like kitchens & washer/dryers. Also, great location next that is next to a metro stop, 3 grocery stores, & restaurants.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
