Excellent hotel experience, the room is massive! They even provided a crib for our 10 month old which was such a nice touch. Washer in unit, balconies, and a super comfortable toilet :) best toilets in the world in japan lol walking distance the shrine that starts with an F.. the location is a bit walk from kyoto Station but we love to walk and it definitely wasn't too far! The huge hotel room more than made up for it :) family mart right across the street!

had no parking, let a random car park in an illegal spot but didn’t allow us to. bed was hard and small and blanket so small it only covered up to my knees (i’m 170cm). elevator was outdoors and so small it couldn’t fit all of us. it was so cold and there was only one lift so we had to wait a long time (there were no stairs).

Stay Sakura Kyoto Fuga is a good option for families with kids to consider. The hotel is 10 minutes and 12 minutes walk from Jujo and Kujo Subway Stations respectively. These stations are close to the main Kyoto Station. The Kyoto station may be a 25 minutes walk. We walked to Fushimi Inari Taisha from the hotel which took us around 20-25 mins. The one bedroom studio apartment with the comprehensive kitchen and laundry facilities were really helpful for us. There is a Family Mart nearby, but we did our grocery purchases at the Life supermarket which is about 15 mins walk across the Kamo river. The staff were helpful and even reimbursed some amount because we checked out early. We got 2 decent sized beds, which gave us sample space to sleep. The hotel reception has luggage storage facility if one plans to ship. However the hotel reception mentioned that they themselves do not support any luggage delivery service to another place. Overall, the hotel is a good option to consider, specially if one is looking for kitchen and laundry facilities along with ample bed space.

Everything was fine and clean. There wasnt much to see around the hotel itself, but the metro was close to Kyoto Station.

Very nice place with bigger rooms as the usual Japanese hotels. Just as a side note if there are brits they tend to be noisy, but hey the are noisy and rude everywhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
