        Really nice little hotel in the heart of Gion. Rooms are modern and have everything you need. You’re in easy reach of amazing bars, restaurants and public transport. Desk is unmanned before 3pm check in but you can always nip and get a drink or coffee if you’re early. Only thing to be mindful of is there isn’t a daily refresh of your room but if you’re there for a few days then it’s not an issue. Highly recommend this place.

        A lovely and spacious room not far from all of the attractions of Kyoto. This was definitely the nicest of 5 places we stayed in Japan!

        Really nice little hotel in the heart of Gion. Rooms are modern and have everything you need. You’re in easy reach of amazing bars, restaurants and public transport. Desk is unmanned before 3pm check in but you can always nip and get a drink or coffee if you’re early. Only thing to be mindful of is there isn’t a daily refresh of your room but if you’re there for a few days then it’s not an issue. Highly recommend this place.

        The room and location of the hotel is quite nice. However, the service and overall quality of this hotel is limited. On our check out date we were pressured to leave the room 5 minutes after official check-out time, which was not very welcoming. Moreover, one day before we checked out we left our room at 12pm to go sightseeing in Kyoto and when we came back our room door was open. In the end we came conclusion that the cleaning guy left our door open for the whole day since he cleaned our room after we left in the early afternoon. The whole situation was very unprofessional!! Additionally , we only had one cleaning of our room in total. To conclude, I wouldn’t recommend if you appreciate some type of service quality.

        The hotel was great! But the only problem that we had is that they don't make the cleaning every day! Imagine only echa 3 days , terrible 😔😔

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
